Hi Friends we are here to know about Hexaware life which you can also say HexaLife because most places & things are named with hex as a suffix in Hexaware. (Hexacafe, Hexaware salary, Hexalogue, Hexaguru..etc)

    Locations in India: Mumbai, Chennai, Noida
    Other Locations: Mexico, New Jersey, etc

Initially, we’ll start with Hexavarsity where every fresher starts their life in Hexaware. Before entering into Hexavarsity One should already know the selection process. Below are a brief process to start at Hexavarsity:-

Aptitude Test
Group Discussion
Technical Interview
Verbal/Communication Test
HR Interview

  • All of the above-listed rounds are exit rounds and need to be more careful at verbal assessment.
    *Once after clearing the above rounds you will be called a Maverick of Hexaware.

This doesn’t end to become an employee at Hexaware. The above List of rounds is just to get selected for the probation/Training Period of Six Months. Accomplition of the period defined leads to employment with a tag Associate software engineer.

When I mentioned probation/Training period it includes:-

->Training on Full-Stack.
->Includes Assessments with defined modules
->Demo project

In this period you will be at Hexavarsity city block. Learning Block in Hexaware.

Id & access card will be provided after the Orientation day Permitted for relative to look around your office, will be allotted a day for an office tour.
Future will be the assignment of mentors and managers to take lead.

People from different locations may suffer a bit for living around, but the office and environment make you feel at home.

Once the training period completion there will be domain allocation mostly picked according to business requirements.

Hexaware salary:
->2021 Batch students are recruited with 3.5L CTC and Insurance Covered.
->Stifund of 15k will be provided on the Training period which will be around 6 months.
-> No other compensation would be provided for Travel, Rent, and Meals.
-> Unlimited Pantry service Provided tho :)& small treat of tiffins for overtime working people i.e after 7 PM.
-> Transport will be additionally charged
-> Can hope for the yearly increment of INR.3K

->List of Holidays according to the branch location will be provided every year.
->As a fresher, you may not be allowed for multiple leaves(4days per month) Once after completing of Probation period leaves will be increased.

One of the important backstepping point here in Hexaware technologies is BOND:-
YES, there is a bond period of 3 years in Hexaware to retain their employees wherein Breach of Bond would cost INR.2Lakhs. You will be asked to sign on it before joining the Organisation.
